I attended Wexham Park's A&E on the 20/07/2013 after cutting my forearm washing dishes. I was seen by a plastic Surgeon who then told me I had to wait for 2 days as my injury was not seen as an emergency! I had to wait for two days and when I went back with my non urgent injury it had become seriously infected and the surgeon told me they would not be able to repair my tendon due to the infection. I just think it's outrageous that I was sent home on the day I injured myself and due to this my arm became infected. Why pay your taxes when you never receive the treatment when you need it?
