I recently visited A&E at Wexham Park and left in total disbelief at the visit. I encountered at least 3 different reception stations, a couple of nurses, a doctor, and someone who took x-ray and I have to say that each and every one of them was very friendly and at no point did I have to wait more than 5 mts and I had 4 different times to wait. Everyone was 100% friendly and kind. I have visited this department many times over the years and have never had such wonderful care from so many people. In the past one could expect and got abrupt and not too friendly staff. The difference is overwhelming! I just hope others have noticed the massive difference. Amazing! Very slick department in my view. Very well done and huge thanks to staff at A&E Wexham Park Bridget Kirby

Bridget - thank you for taking the time to provide us with your positive feedback on your recent experience when attending our Accident and Emergency Department.
