Our son went to the emergency dentist after having lots of pain with his teeth. He was sent to Batley to go on the list for a lot of his teeth taking out. The dentist and nurses who we saw at batley were very nice to us and explained everything, even showing my son the mask that would be used.
We went today for his operation and all the drs and nurses were so nice.
The dr who put our son to sleep even talked to him when he was been put to sleep then the nurse took us into the room and told us what would happen after.
Me and my husband were both upset but the nurse was lovely. When we said we didnt know why all his teeth had gone bad she explained lots of things to us which we didnt now before. I was crying and she was so lovely.
Our son came home the same morning and seems happy now that his pain as gone. Thankyou very much to everyone
