What I liked

Good aftercare service, I went into hospital after suffering a bad burn on my lower back and the follow up service was very good.

What could be improved

When I first visited the hospital, I was left in a room for 2 hours without any pain relief for my burn, until a nurse came in to offer me some saline on some gause to cool it down. I did visit this hospitals A&E department at 11.30 on a tuesday night and wasn't seen until about 2.45 I was then discharged around 3am.

I was the last patient to be seen that night, although I had seen about 15 patients coming in after me and the staff stood taking to the doctor for about 15 minutes before she came in to see my burn.
