(as a relative),

My husband had heart failure kidney failure our Dr got a heart failure nurse to come to see him. His name is David and he was great, he helped my husband a lot he explained what he was doing and why. The kidney Dr said that David was doing a a great job and said my husband kidneys had improved a bit with David changing my husband medication.

David had his last visit today and said if we needed him in future just to give a call. he had a great personality and a great help cannot praise him enough. a big thank you David
