What I liked
Staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble, cleanliness was A1 and the restaurant and shops were superb.
What could be improved
Admitted for a mastectomy and i couldn,t have been in better hands. The overall care was second to none. I did find the nothing to drink after 12pm ( assuming my op was am next day) was a problem for me as i didnt go to theatre till the afternoon. I developed an horendous headache ! May i add that this was dealt with and everything went smoothly afterwards.
