I had day surgery at Heatherwood and feel compelled to feedback regarding my experience. The care I received from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was exceptional and to single out any one member of staff would be unfair as they were all brilliant. I was made to feel very relaxed both before and after the operation and the team in the theatre were very comforting, whilst the Drs answered all my questions and talked me clearly through the procedure. I genuinely feel that the team that looked after me today are an asset to the hospital and the NHS should be proud of them.
