i think there needs to be more focus on cleanliness , beds not remade when patients leaving and new ones arriving. the staff who cleaned arrange meals etc were too content on dusting and telling parents off for closing curtains than concentrating on changing sheets when patients left. I feel the cleaning needs to be assesses better,

Thanks for your post. We absolutely do focus on cleaning linen and wards between patients and during their stay. And we support closing curtains to give privacy to families. It sounds like we got it wrong on this occasion. I am sorry. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive
