After a referral from his doctor my elderly father was admitted to A&E for tests to try and detect the cause of his exhaustion and irritability.
The nursing, ancillary and doctors treated him with care, attentiveness and compassion and made him and me feel relaxed.
He was kept in for observation and was welcomed into the ward and given food and a hot drink almost immediately as he had been through A&E in four hours.
