What I liked

I would like to say a big thank you to all the Staff on C21 and the SCBU who helped myself and my daughter through a very difficult time back in March. The staff on C21 were caring and could not do enough for me while my daughter was on SCBU. The staff on the Baby Unit were just AMAZING, the atmosphere up there was always so positive and nothing was to much hassle, it didn't matter how many questions I asked - they were all answered clearly and honestly - this really helped to know what was going on with my baby.

What could be improved

1. Car Parking. I think a system should be put into place whereby people who are coming regularly to the hospital to see family members (who are in for a while) can gain a free parking pass. Parking was very costly when my daughter was on SCBU as we were both in hospital for nearly 2 weeks.
