I had to dial 999 for my wife. The response was remarkable - I was advised what to do until the ambulance arrived and was reassured that there would be no delay to the ambulance while I was being talked through her care. The ambulance arrived within a very few minutes and the team were so calm and professional that we were both reassured. At the hospital we have nothing but the highest praise for all involved. My wife was seen quickly. All tests were carried out promptly and we can't speak too highly of the efforts of all hospital staff. Very many thanks to all involved.
