The specialist I was referred to was very rude and abrupt. I didn't feel I had any say in what was going to happen to me. He was the dr and I was the silly overweight female patient. He commented on my weight asking if I had dad trouble with my over hang...his words..before. I said ohhh your commenting saying I'm fat. His reply was...there was no other way of putting it. I suffer with PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids. I was a size 14 it hurts because weight gain is part and parcel of the problem. I was also offered injections as part of my treatment at the dr and no follow up. The local dr said they don't even do that here.
