Anything else?
Admitted myself to A&E following an injury. Expected a bit of a wait, and was duly fulfilled in that sense. However, the triage nurse, X-ray staff, porter and duty doctor / consultant were all very efficient and friendly with it. I'll admit that my family has experienced some issues with hospital visits in the past but this was a very satisfying experience (bearing in mind the reason for benig there ni the first place!).
