Having just had treatment at the minor injuries unit on two consecutive days, I was impressed with all staff I came into contact with. The moment I walked into the hospital I was greeted by the wonderful and polite reception staff, who found all my records and details straight away. After a short wait (waiting room had about 10 people in front of me). I was called into the nurses station for treatment. The nurses are a real credit to this hospital: from the moment they start treating you, they soon put you at ease with their friendly and caring manner. 10/10 for care and attention.
