I found the staff and environment at this clinic to be welcoming and kind. They make a potentially difficult situation seem as comfortable and easy as possible. The gentleman who tested me was informed, calm and thoroughly professional but with a friendly no-nonsense approach that immediately put me at ease. He made everything clear and I came away with an absolute trust for him and all the staff at this essential and brilliant clinic. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.
