We have had to use the services of the fracture clinic for two different injuries in the last few months, At every visit although they are often busy, the staff work efficiently to keep patients flowing through the system, so waiting is minimised. Everyone we've met from the consultant to the plaster room technicians and nurses is helpful and courteous. They are always friendly and pleasant, and make you feel like a human not just a body to be processed. And it's the same in the X-ray department too.
