"Hand hygiene compliance"

About: Leeds General Infirmary / Maternity care

(as the patient),

During regular visits to ante-natal care at Leeds General Infirmary I was surprised at the lack of compliance with the WHO five moments of hand hygiene. Staff rarely washed or decontaminated their hands at point of care, which I found very disappointing and also quite worrying.
