(as the patient),

I went to Inclusion Matters for 4 weeks. I found it helped me talking about my illness with somebody outside of the family, as sometimes other people don't understand what you're going through.

I have been transferred to a psychiatrist now and should be able to face my illness.

Without Inclusion Matters I would never have been noticed.
