I attended a walk-in appt at Southend University hospital on Thursday evening and was treated by a doctor for a case of Cellulitis. I would like to compliment the NHS and the hospital and doctor for the superb quality of service I received. My wife had phoned NHS Direct during the evening for me and was treated with respect, professionalism and care through the whole time. An appt was arranged for me for the evening walk-in session and I was seen dead on time and the Doctor was kind considerate, very caring and his diagnosis was instant and spot on. I literally could not have been in better hands throught my whole experience. Thank you so much for this - I am a patient that is a bit medical-phobic so this has gone a huge way to helping my my irrational fears. Thak you and the good doctor once again.
