My 10 year old son had a nasty collision during a football match but boys being boys he just got on with it. However over the following few days he complained his neck was hurting, and you could hear it click whenever he moved it. I took him hospital today and within 2 hours he was fully assessed and X-rayed and we were given the reassurance we needed. GP was amazing, informative and very thorough. The reception staff also need praise, so welcoming and helpful. Has to be 10/10 for overall service. Thank you NHS from a very grateful parent.
