"Getting into the clinic waiting room was confusing"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Getting into the clinic waiting room was confusing, as everyone went to what looked like a reception desk only to find it was the transport booking desk.

If they didn't direct you further on (because they were on the phone booking patient transport), other waiting patients directed.

I was seen exactly an hour late, it happens and is mostly expected.

Consultant very quickly told me what the problem was and I was in and out within a few minutes.

I would say the consultants manner was brisk, which I am sure is just "his way".
