"A fall which led to an A&E visit"

I would just like to say thank you to a&e dept after I was admitted a couple of weeks ago after a very nasty fall, I booked myself in the receptionist was very kind and polite I went and sat down, then I went through to the triage nurse.

When she examined me, she asked me if I needed any painkillers, I replied no. then I went back into the waiting room and then I was sent for an x-ray, I went to x-ray and there the staff were lovely, I waited about ten mins then had my x-ray.

i walked back up to the a&e where I went back to the nurse she showed me my x-rays /she said I was very lucky nothing was broken, but she put a splint on my hand cos my hand had took a very nasty knock, all I want to say is thank you so much for all your help and kindness, throughout my stay all the best
