What could be improved
should be cleaner hospital nures take ages when u talk to them when patient ring the bell they take ages to come they just chat away

We take hygiene very seriously and audits are carried out regulalry both internally and by external bodies.
Nurses try to respond assoon as possible to calls for attention from patients but are required to prioritise their work and cannot always respond immediately.
