I was on holiday in a caravan in Whitley Bay when my husband became ill. We were taken to accident and emergency and received an excellent level of care. Everyone from the student nurse to the senior doctor treated us with kindness and respect acknowledging that it's not nice to be ill away from home. My husband was seen promptly and his condition investigated thoroughly and explained comprehensively to us. Thank you for your care!

I am really delighted that your experience of care with us was compassionate and that the staff acknowledged and understood what being away from home at this time would mean for you both.
