What I liked

I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction with the service I received from tehe GUM clinic on Friday 29th March. The nurse who dealt with me was excellent and a real credit to the nursing profession. They were friendly, put me at my ease and made the whole process much more bearable! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and I had absolute faith in their competency.

Having worked in the sexual health field myself, I know it can sometimes be thankless task and so I wanted to acknowledge, in writing, the good service I had received. This was also the case when I visited your clinic on 31st August 2007.

I would be grateful if these comments would be passed on to all the staff who dealt with me.
