A family member was taken by ambulance to the A&E department at Brighton DGH yesterday afternoon. Due to his condition, he was later admitted to the medical unit. The staff in A&E were skilled ,professional and responsive, at all times we were kept informed of the treatment and investigations given. A special thanks to two members of staff who were truly exceptional . The medical staff were thorough in their approach and gave huge confidence and re assurance to family members. The A&E environment may be tired and cramped but the staff and the care given is absolutely superb.
