"Fracture clinic - oh dear"

Had to wait a week for an appointment at the fracture clinic to replace my temporary cast fitted by A&E. Appointments are a waste of time. Had to wait an hour and forty minutes after appointment time to get seen. The senior nurse was rude and verbally aggressive towards patients trying to find out how long the wait would be. This was such a shame because the rest of the staff were trying very hard and was totally uncalled for. The last thing patients need is a senior member of staff publicly berating patients who have done nothing wrong.
