"Hospital appointment is booked"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Went to see GP about hand.

He said hospital will be in touch about an appointment.

I received a phone call from TRAQS. Hospital appointment is booked.

Thank you for providing feedback.

I am disappointed to note that your GP apparently misinformed you regarding the process leading to your appointment. You should have been given a leaflet about TRAQS from which you would have understood that you would be offered a choice of hospital and an appointment to suit you. However, I am pleased to note that TRAQS did contact you and an appointment has now been booked.
