About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

After my doctors visit I was quickly contacted by TRAQS to let me know that the doctor had requested a physio appointment. I had an x-ray on the Wednesday following the visit.

A phone call from the physiotherapy department on the Friday. My first physio visit on the following Tuesday.

An overall excellent service.
