Unsure where to start really, my little boy of 20 months fell at a childminders lacerating his Lip in the process and was advised to pop him to A+E to get checked out. From start to finish this hospital and its staff were amazing. The parking at kings mill was brilliant parked right next to a+e the charges are steep but this is the same at any hospital really and to be honest making my son comfortable was more important than money, we were seen really quickly in childrens A+E, a lovely doctor came to see us and then we were seen by another Ear nose and throat doctor who was fantastic also, the nursing staff were always making sure we were ok could not fault them in the slightest. Because of his age we were advised he would need to return the following day at 7.30 to ward 25 so he could be put to sleep to fix. Got there at 7.30 after being able to park right in front of the main enterance and were greeted by a lovel nurse who came and shown us our bed for the time we were there. I cant fault any part of your service and every doctor nurse, aneasthatist that we dealt with were pleasent, polite and most importantly had a great sense of humour making us all feel comfortable and making us feel like he was safe in their hands, every single process was explained and we felt welli informed at all time. I would really love to pass on my thanks to all the staff involved in my little boys care because they did a fab job and these guys are worth their weight in gold. I am so pleased I chose this hospital over any other and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if it was ever needed
