My wife was unfortunate to trap her fingers in our car door whilst staying overnight, at the near-by Travelodge, on the evening of 27 August 2013. We were advised to come to your Minor Injuries Unit to have it treated. The staff were brilliant right from the receptionist who booked her in, to the staff nurse and the sister who treated her injury promptly and compassionately. I wish every hospital could have staff like your hospital has. They are a credit to the service
