I had a scan on my right knee. Over a year later I contacted my GP because I had not received an appointment.
At a checkup at the Princess Royal, I was given a letter which stated I was the victim of illegal waiting list manipulation and was told to complain at the PALS office.
I have been there three times and have received no satisfactory explanation of this. I have a quick referral for the knee operation on ward 11.
The knee is worse than before and I was discharged from ward 11 without seeing any physio, and without a walking stick etc. The nurse in charge had me walk back up two flights of stairs, just to give me a letter.
