My step mother attended RPH for a routine blood test on 04/07/08. She took my 3 year old daughter & unfortunately had a slip outside one of the toilets, resulting in a broken femur! The hospital tried in vain to contact myself & father but we were working. It was 3 hours before anyone could be contacted to collect my daughter & in the mean time, a lady in the office cared for my daughter, fed & watered her & otherwise kept her entertained! I cannot thank her enough for her kindness.
