"Still no feedback 3 months after operation!"

I'm not very happy with my experience thus far! I had a knee arthroscopy in early June 2013, after tearing ligaments from a ski injury. And I have not had any feedback of the findings. I'm still uncertain as to the extent of the injury and what kind of physical therapy I may or may not require. I was given a follow up date about 8 weeks post op, only to arrive (after taking a day off work- unpaid!) to be informed that no information regarding my operation is available due to my file being missing! I had the arthroscopy at Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup, but consultations at the Beckenham Beacon and Princess Royal. I have recently moved out of the area and I am hoping to be referred to a different hospital so that I can finally find out how I can move on from this injury. Just so frustrating considering my accident occurred in February this year!
