About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I visited the doctor in early August. TRAQS appointment information received three days later.

I had an appointment within three weeks, which was better thane expected.

Treatment in orthopeadics department, including x-rays, discussion with consultant and advice over within one hour of appointment time. Care and treatment was excellent.

More treatment/x-ray/physiotherapy to follow - awaiting new appointments.

It is pleasing to note that TRAQS contacted you promptly and was able to provide you with an early hospital appointment.

The care provided by all NHS staff is very important and hospital staff appreciate each and every word of praise received. It is hoped that every patients treatment path is clearly explained to them and the treatment given is of the highest standard.
