Anything else?
I had cause to visit the unit today (08.09.13) and was so impressed with the experience I just had to 'sing your praises' All too often people are happy to complain but ignore praise when it's due. The lady who sorted me out showed professionalism and expertise mingled with care and kindness, quite excellent. Thank you so much!
