I very much want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent treatment I received from all of your staff. I was admitted as a day patient into General Surgery, for a keyhole Hernia operation, requiring a full anesthetic, towards the end of August 2013, into the Sandbourne Suite & I must say the treatment I received from admission at 10:45am to discharge at 17:15, was excellent & to the highest of standards. I understand my surgeon and the anesthetist were ably assisted in operating theatre number 3, by their supporting staff who's names, I'm sorry to say, I cannot remember. Afterwards, in the recovery room the nursing staff were again very attentive & excellent in every aspect of my care. I recall that nurse was an excellent member of the recovery teamDancer. After a little over a week, I seem to be recovering well & very much as predicted by your clinical staff, with an acceptably very low level of discomfort.
