"T7 shocking lack of care and respect"

T7 is one of the worse hospital wards I've ever been to. The staff show no respect to patients or their families and don't even provide basic medical care. Infections left days without treatment, no checks if patients are eating, no response to emergency call buzzers. This ward is a disgrace, if it reflects the rest of the hospital then I am amazed it is not in special measures.
