I was at Colchester Hospital from 02-04/09/13 visiting an elderly relative who was very poorly. Sadly my relative died on the 04/09/13 but I would like to say how kind and considerate all the staff were that I had dealings with. My relative was treated with dignity and consideration. It made a very difficult time much easier to cope with. Many thanks to the staff on EAU.

It is always gratifying to read messages like yours and to know that the work of staff in the NHS is appreciated as I know it can be an effort to write at a time like this.
