I went to the minor injuries unit when I injured my finger playing cricket. The finger was badly damaged and I was seen straight away by the nurses. All the staff were extremely helpful and caring and friendly. I was told that I had to go to a hand surgeon and they got me an appointment on the same day. Meantime the friendly nurses cleaned my wound and bandaged me and made sure I was comfortable. My finger has now healed completely and what was an unpleasant injury for me was turned into a very comfortable situation by the staff at the hospital. Thanks very much !!
