I attended minor injuries yesterday (6th Sept) with a nasty graze to my hand. The clinic was extremely busy and I was warned it would be a very long wait so I decided to come back later. I came back in the early afternoon and was seen promptly. I gather it had been a particularly busy morning but I found the staff, both reception & nursing, to be very helpful, considerate and friendly.

Yes it can be very busy at times and we're pleased you were in a position to come back a bit later and be seen more quickly. It's not always easy to predict the waiting times, but the staff there will always try their best to give patients a timescale.
