What I liked

dedicated doctors, nursing staff and health care assistants. Very caring and professional when my daughter had oral surgery in July

What could be improved

Not impressed when 6 months later her follow appointment had to be postponed because her notes had not been sent - we undertool ll our obligations - kep the appointment, turned up on time, took time off and school (quite inconveniently) but the NHS let us down over a simple administrative procedure

The Trust would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the postponement of the appointment. Actions have been taken to improve the availablity of notes for patients for future appointments.
