What could be improved

The new wards are not patient freiendly no TV no Radios bright ward but long days with nothing to stimulate. the old wards had patient care lines available whilst it is expensive. it is a communtication link for the clients

The Trust is currently having patientline system installed at all beds. The process will take some time and the facility of TV, Radio, and phone will be more readily available soon. Thank you
