I would like to express a very deep gratitude to the surgeon and his team for excellent patient care to me throughout my operation process. The team were caring, cheerful and fully explained everything to me prior to the operation which helped to settle me down and then afterwards in the recovery room when the team were very kind and professional. The surgeon actually telephoned my wife and updated her whilst I was still in the recovery room. I could not ask for better care. In addition the four days following my operation I was on Ward 10 and again I must express the same level of gratitude to all staff members who were very caring, helpful and extremely professional. During this time the ward was very busy and I don't think the nursing staff ever finished on time at change over. However this did not prevent the staff from working very hard and being very attentive. This was also apparent with the other members of staff, including the cleaners and support staff. Once again thank you very much to all involved, I consider that the level of care from everyone was excellent.
