Anything else?
I would like to thank Heartlands Hospital, Ward 19 for the outstanding care and treatment I received for Aplastic Anaemia between May and June 2013. The doctors were informative, compassionate and sympathetic towards my condition; the nurses, worked tirelessly to ensure that I was comfortable and who reassured me through the challenges of my treatment. Furthermore, I would like to extend my thanks to the auxiliary staff that were attentive, approachable and cheerful. Collectively, everybody made sure that I had a faultless network of support during my treatment. I received a bone marrow transplant at Heartlands Hospital and have now embarked on the road to recovery. It seems fitting to take this as an opportunity to thank Ward 19 for their professionalism, support and reassurance through very challenging times. I appreciate that the NHS does not always celebrate the best press, but in my experience your staff were a credit to both the hospital and the service. Thank you!
"Thank you for the wonderful service"
