"On admission I had to wait for ..."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

On admission I had to wait for about 5 to 6 hours in A & E ( in a cubicle and on oxygen ) during which it was like I was not there, I requested a few times that I needed to go to the toilet and was not helped, I also was offered a drink but it never turned up ! Also on admission to Medical Assesment Ward I was disgusted with the attitude of a nurse who seemed to be running the 4 bedded bay I was in, I felt like I was a no one and also that I was there for no reason !

What could be improved

Move A & E back to its original place " Burnley "
