The staff attitude is outrageous! I didn't receive my smear test results because they were sent to a wrong address. Then an appointment was booked for me which I had no idea about because I never received a letter. So one day before the appointment I was given a call and the woman I spoke to couldn't be more careless and awful. She didn't let me know what the appointment was for,she was rude and shouting at me as if it were my fault I didn't receive my smear test results. I still don't have them and I'm chasing for that. Outrageous. I had a punch biopsy of the cervix and I didn't even know I'd have a surgery. The nurse (that wasn't even a doctor) was rushing, she didn't care; as if she was slicing bread and not dealing with a human being. I thought they'd explain to me what the surgery would be but no...I had no idea what this procedure would involve, it caused me emotional distress I was crying and shaking like a leaf both because of the adrenaline injected and panic and sadness. That was the most horrible experience ever. They couldn't be less sensitive telling me yeah you've got changes in your cells which might lead to cancer...they didn't provide me with any details, the said they didnt know...so now I don't even know what the level of cell changes is...seems I'm better versed in that stuff than them and I'm not a doctor/nurse whatsoever. A great way of letting me know when I was supposed to get information via a letter. That's sensitive matter and they treated me like, don't know, a cow? Then they rushed me to leave asap and I was dizzy and upset after all this but yeah nobody cares there. Don't go there it's horrible. I'm still waiting for my results and I was told a nurse will call me regarding my results when I clearly stated I need them in writing as I want to go and see a proper doctor, not the careless people over there. I can't believe they didn't even tell me what to do after the surgery, it seems for them it's not a big deal but heey i'm bleeding and in pain and it's good i contacted a proper doctor who told me not to lift heavy things or do physical activities and stay in bed, otherwise it'd cause hemorrhage. I'm really really upset and shocked my their attitude and carelessness. Never go there.
