Anything else?
I was admitted to the treatment center under the care of a Consultant for an arthroscopy and proceed. From the moment I saw him in the Outpatient department till I was discharged I was treated with courtesy and respect by all the staff that I met. They explained every step of the process to me and were very aware of my fears and general anxiety over having this procedure carried out. The Ward was clean and comfortable and all my needs were bing met. Staff ensured that I was kept comfortable post op and that I knew exactly what I needed to do when I went home to make the most of my recoevery. Despite being incredibly busy staff made me feel that nothing was too much bother and that my well being was the most important thing to them. I was very impressed with all aspects of my care and having now alomst recovered fully I can say that I would never hesitate to return to KGH for my orthopaedic care. The only small thing that caused some confusion was that I was sent from outpatients for my pre op screening therefore when I was asked to attend for my pre op assessment I nearly cancelled because I thought I already had it. I didn't understand the difference between the two.
