A big thanks to all the staff, including the cleaning lady's who also serve the lunch. My daughter had her second stay here, the staff so kind to her and myself, up in London and away from the rest of our family. Also the senior technician for helping us leave early to catch a cheaper train. All the staff kind and efficient and the facilities very comfortable. The attention to detail on this facility good, and also the neurologist involved in our care really helped us secure some dates to fit with two other London hospital appointments to be attended at different facilities, crucial for us, when we have another child at home who is not very well. A big thank you.
