"Wonderful Ward 16"

Ward 16 were a godsend, my mum was very ill, and attended A&E at HRI .( I will write a separate review about that). She was transfered to ENT (ward 16) at Castle Hill around 2300. The ambulance staff were brilliant, and when they got to the ward, my mum was quite poorly, but was made to feel comfortable immediately, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful to her. I cannot stress strongly enough what a relief it was knowing she was being well looked after. We couldn't fault any member of staff, all were brilliant. Would highly recommend this ward. Very well done and thank you so much.
